02 Q45 rear sun shade broken?...possible broken clips? please advise..have part

hello all. i have searched this topic before, but found nothing on the 02 and newer Q's. i have also posted before, but not much reply. thought i'd try again.

i have a problem with my rear sunshade. it goes up part ways, then tilts towards the passenger side and stops. thankfully, it will go back down.

now if someone is sitting in the back seat, and helps the lame side up, it will go all the way up.

i have been told it may be broken plastic clips. i do have them already, but don't know how to go about replacing them. how do i remove the package tray...etc....

if anyone has done this, or has some detailed information, i would be very appreciative.
