02 Q45 Lower Control Arm Replacement???

I have a 02 Q45 and recently i started to notice that whenever im driving and i hit a line in the road like cracks and stuff my car moves left and right quickly it also does it on some dips too at high speeds on bumpy roads the steering feels weird like shaking almost. It feels like the tire is getting pushed, the steering wheel doesnt move at all just seems like the front of the car is moving. i had my mechanic check it for me and my Lower Control Arms are bad im just double checking if it is that and if anyone has had this problem in the past. And if anyone knows were i can get Lower Control Arms for cheaper then they are cus i know there like 200+ each i was wondering if theres any aftermarket ones out there for a 2002 Q45. i want to fix this problem fast without spending so much. Or if theres any places that can replace Bushings for the Lower Control Arms and if i can get any anywere because ifinti doesnt sell Bushings separate for the Q45
