I just picked up this car two weeks ago, and started repairing and modding it. It desperately needs some new sneakers. It has the factory 17's on it. I have a question about a different front tire size. Can a 245-45-19 fit on the front of this car (stock hight) without issues? Anyone running 245 45 19's (front) with 255 45 19's (rear)?

Hello and welcome to NICOclub.

In 2006, the Q45 sport had an option for 19" wheels. They were 8.5" wide, offset 40.
OEM tires were 245/40/19.
I have no idea what modifications, if any were made to the suspension components between 2002 and the end, because the 17" and 2 widths of 18" were still offered in 2006.

Obviously, first hand experience would be ideal for your question... but, while waiting what I'd do is plant all that OEM info into a tire size calculator like this one to see how much of a change the differently sized tires would be to factory spec. This is for the odometer and especially for the SLIP/VDC system, I like to keep all 4 tires as close as possible to the same rolling diameter.
If I may ask, why those sizes? Is that just what you have lying around?

I got a set of 19" forged G35 Coupe wheels and was about to order tires. I didn't want to run anything smaller than a 45 series sidewall. But, I didn't consider if the 3.2% difference in tire size would affect electronic drive systems. I'd be great if someone in here was running 45's and give me a bit of feedback.
