02 Q45 firewall

Im installing subs in my 02 Infiniti Q45. Problem is the engine is CRAMMED. I need to run a wire from the battery to the trunk but I cant find any good places to run it through the firewall. Im sure Ill probably have to drill through the firewall but Im not sure where. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I woould consider runing it under the car and then run it into the trunk through a grommet. Just a thought.

If you decide to use the firewall I would probably try to find an existing wire grommet and poke through it vs. drilling.

Remember the Q alternator/battery is not designed to power EXTRA load be sure to install a large capacitor in trunk to smooth the demand peaks........to extend the NEW abusive life that oem components will be subjected to from the new amps.
