02 Q F50 No Turn Signals/Hazards fuses and relay good HELP!

Hey everybody, I am a new Infiniti owner/lover. I bought a 02 Q45 about three months ago, everything works great(old mad i bought it from still checks on it). Three days ago on the highway changing lanes I noticed my turn signals didnt work, so I messed with it for a minute and they worked fine again. Today I noticed the same problem, but I wasnt as lucky this time(off for good). Typically when its a bad relay you can still see the signals on the dash light up, mine wont even do that. I still can hear a single blink when I use my turn signal, which makes me think the relay is good. Bulbs and fuses are all good. I have no idea what else to check......any idea's?
