Well, after 10 years of trouble free driving, I finally have a problem. When I first start out, it runs fine. After it's warmed up, it won't idle. I have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running. If it dies, it starts up right away. There is no loss of power either. If I punch it, it still pulls like normal. It just won't idle, either in gear or in neutral. There are no fault codes other than evap codes which I've had for months. Any ideas?

Smells like engine coolant temperature sensor. Check its resistance against reference values in the FSM. It's supposed to throw a code but you never know.

Never thought of that. I'll check that out in the morning.
I was thinking maybe a flaky TPS.
Either way, my Check Engine Soon light has been on for months, and the only codes stored are the dreaded evap codes: 0445, 1448.
I don't have to do emissions testing for another year and a half, so I wasn't going to bother fixing those evap codes until much later, if ever.
We'll see.
Thanks.

Did some more searching and found a thread dating back to 2011 with exactly the same subject. Sorry for the repost folks.
As for the current status, it's wait and see time for now.
I took it to the dealer last week, and although they didn't have time to look at it, the head mechanic thought it might be a flaky IACV (expensive part too).
I went home (it was running OK at this time) and blew hot air on it using a heat gun. No change. It idled fine.
Then took my leaf blower and blew cold air on it (while running), and it still idled fine.
The next day it wouldn't keep running at all, even when cold. Had to drive it all day with my foot on the gas.
Got home on Friday (it stalled in the driveway), and unplugged the MAF. Started the truck, and it idled fine (a little high, but it ran).
Plugged it back in, and it worked. Drove it around the block, and no stalling.
Bought a $6.00 bottle of MAF cleaner, and sprayed the crap out of it.
Re-installed it, and it has run fine all weekend. Go figure.
I going to check out my local wreckers to see if they have any cars or trucks with the 3.5 engine in it and grab a MAF and IACV.

Update: Looks like it was the MAF.
Has run fine since I took it out and cleaned it.
Just for good measure, I snagged another one at the wreckers yesterday and will keep it as a spare.
Since cleaning my MAF, I've noticed that it runs better than before, and I think my gas mileage has improved a little as well.
Cheers.
