just bought this 2002 pathfinder (vq35) super clean no rot. drove perfectly on test drive, on the way home radiator exploded after 10 miles. immediately pulled over and shut off. replaced radiator, battery and starter are now dead. replace those and car will start, run for about 30 seconds then idle drops and it dies. after that it wont start for a good hour then will run for another 30 seconds. had codes for maf and iat so replaced maf with a reman one. still has code for iat (p0113) and still wont run. read on the forums a reman maf is most likely not using oem parts so currently looking for a maxima maf.
before i buy another part i want to check all the wiring but i cant find a wiring diagram anywhere...? every diagram has either 4 or 6 pins, my connector is 5 pin while my maf only has 4 pins ( same connector just missing a pin)
im currently reading -40* for iat which would mean an open circuit if im not mistaken but again i cant find which wires are which

The IAT is not part of the MAF.
The IAT, if there is one, is mounted on the air box in the front wheel well behind the fog light opening.
This air box is white, and looks like a cow's udder.
A Maxima MAF will only fit the 2001 engine.
The 2002 engine has a different MAF, with one extra wire in the plug.
I picked up a used MAF at at junk yard for next to nothing.
The symptoms you describe though doesn't sound like a bad IAT would cause.
Try running with the MAF disconnected for starters and see how it runs.
