02 Maxima SE electrical starting issues, I could use some advice here

i have an interesting little quirk on my 02 Maxima, it only has 49k miles on it and about 6 months ago it started having random electrical problems only while starting, essentially the key is turned and all the indicator lights in the dash go completely black and the starter fails, just as it would under a dead battery, (by the way the battery was professionally tested and is good) and then in a second or two, the dash lights up and the starter turns over, and then it starts. this happens once every few days, and in between this all is normal. it also has seemed to reset my tripomoter a few times, which suggests a complete power loss to the ecu. i remember on my previous 240 i had it had ground problems causing starting issues, but that was more of a mechanical car, this one is pretty much all electronic, so i am not sure if this might be a similar problem.if anyone has had similar problems and fixed this please let me know what way to go.
