02 maxima, rear suspension leak

Hi all,

My 02 Maxima is dripping oil from the rear suspension where the torsion beam bolts up to the frame of the car. Looks like a clear type of oil and was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this problem before. Looks like it is leaking out of the bearing/bushing. Local mechanic said that I would have to buy the entire rear suspension peice because nissan does not sell the liquid filled bushing seperately.

Does anyone know if I can find this aftermarket and have someone press it into the torsion beam?
