02' Maxima hesitates or hops bad!

Ok so I have an 02' Maxima and it chokes a bit to get her to start. But here's the problem guys. When getting off of first gear the car jerks or hops like ur having a hard time learning how to drive a stick shift for first time ever. It jerks or hops worse the more gas u give. Once u go into second and other gears she drives fine. I had a code of p0340 and replaced the sensor but still doing the same thing. Has anyone gone through this before? Need help. Is there more than one camshaft sensor?

Ok its more of a jerking instead of hopping...and it's only at around under 20mph that it does this....I'm thinking it's the ECU or camshaft sensor. I hope someone can help me...
