02 Max overheating

While setting in traffic the car starts to overheat. The temp gauge maxs out and the a/c start blowing warn humid air. But when on the hwy it runs with no overheating problems. I took it a local mechanic and he replaced the fan blower motor, which worked fine, but the car still overheats.

or go back and make that lazy bastard fix it because he misdiagnosed it. legally he is responsible.
