02 Max cabin air filter vibrates

Has anyone else had this happen. Seems to be only in the winter months when using the heat. When i turn the fan on my cabin air filter vibrates like crazy. I have to turn the fan on '4' to not hear it any more. I'm sure it's still vibrating but the fan is louder than the noise. I need some ideas on what to do. I just changed the filter this summer so it shouldn't be that dirty, right?

Pull the blower motor and ensure there's no debris in the cage making noises.
