02 low beam adjustment help needed

Hi. I have reviewed the FSM and am still confused about this. I need to adjust the aim of the low beams on my 02 Q45. If I understand the FSM correctly, all I need is a screwdriver for the white plastic knob thing on the upper inside corner of the headlamp assembly. Is that correct? And does that adjust vertical and horizontal? I am hoping I don't have to go through the entire headlamp assembly removal process. I have this massive rectangular unlit area dead in front of the car about 25 feet out that I need to correct.
