02 Infiniti q45

I have a 02 Q45 and the ignition switch is messed up is there anyway I could put in a different ignition switch from another Infiniti or Nissan instead of one that goes in the Q45 or M45 I doubt there's a way but I was just wondering if anybody knows please let me know thank you

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately, there's no easy way documented around here. The ignition switch is attached to the steering column and that throws a little bit of a wrench in the works.
I'd recommend you go through the schematics in the factory service manual to verify this... but IIRC all you have there is the module that recognizes the transponder, the ring light, and of course wires hooked to the starting system so why not? Maybe you might be able to get an aftermarket setup to make it push start

So, what exactly happened to your ignition?
Does it still crank over when you insert the metal blade into the cylinder?
