Hi,
I have a 2002 I35 making a scrubbing noise. Recently purchased it with 123k miles on it. No complaints so far except for the oil consumption problem (burning 2-2.5 quarts 3k miles) The only other problem I'm having is a scrubbing noise when turning the car at a low speed. It makes the noise turning both ways. And when I say low speed its speed below 15 mph. For example when turning from a stop position or slowing down to turn into a parking spot.

The tire is not scrubbing the body, I checked. Any ideas on what this can be?

A bad CV joint will make 'clicking' sound. It could be the bearing and will get worse over time, into a grinding noise. Jack up the front securely and try to wiggle the tire-wheel from 6 and 12 o' clock positions. If there is so much play, then it's the ball bearing.
