02 i35 Rear Sunshade inop

I just bought an 02 i35 and the only thing wrong with it is that the rear sunshade is inop.

Did a search and couldn't find any useful info.

Checked the fuse-good. Can't hear any clicking or movement in the sunshade at all.

Before I go tearing the rear decklid apart does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong with it? Thinking maybe the switch.

Pop the switch out and see if you have power comming to it. Depress the switch and see if you have power out of the switch. If yes, then possiblly the motor that activates the shade is at fault. I know it's cool to have, but do you think you'll really use it?
