You could always wire the fogs for the "always-on" mode...

can you tell mehow to wire it? coz some time I just want to turn on the fog light and dont wanna my low beam on.

Yep. This should help. It's a how-to for a Maxima, but it's the same for our cars, too. Good Luck!
