I have a 2002 Nissan Altima that is displaying the SES light on. I pulled the code and it's a P1211. This translates to the Throttle Position Sensor not consistent with Mass Air Flow. What does this mean and how can it be fixed? Also, yesterday when I went to start the car, it would would not rev up properly and the fastest the car would go was about 5MPH. After I shut the car off for a few minutes and restarted it, the car ran fine, but the SES light still stays lit! Is this a result of having a problem with what the ODBII code is telling me?

TIA!!!!!!

Tia you likely have a throttle motor failure. Hope your still under warranty as it aint cheap. The motor houses the throttle motor, and both TPS's. If the TPS's fall out of sync it will throw a code and go into failsafe not allowing more then 20% throttle opening.
