You are way, way past overdue for the "60K mile service" as the book calls for 60K mile OR 4 years, WHICHEVER comes first for most maintenance items- I would review your owners manual for a list of services required and do those AT A MINIMUM-- IF you plan on keeping the car for the long haul {150,000 or more miles} consider adding to that list- changing EVERY fluid and filter on the car would be my first priority, then repeat annually or at least every 30,000 miles.

Wow, I'm jealous......

I have 224,000 on my 02 and I can say that regular adherance to the maintenance schedule has paid off for me. I do my own oil & filter but have the dealer do the serious stuff.

Nice! Mine just turned 89k.

I would at least do the transmission drain and refill (dealer only does this too, I paid $149 just for the record), Fuel filter, thermostat, differential drain refill and check belts.

60k miles the plugs are time to be changed, other than that I would do everything else that people recommended!

Those plugs on the 02' are rated for 100k, I don't think you need to worry about time other then say 10-12 years. I would flush EVERY fluid and replace with highest quality synth fluids, either redline or amoil. This means brake, power steering, rear end and transmission. Find a place that you can flush not drain and replace. Also, your drive belts and hoses are either close to toast or nearly done as well. I would replace the drive belts (you cannot really tell when those will fail) and inspect hoses and if they are suspect replace.

On my 97' I paid about $800 bucks at a none-dealer that did all of the above with dealer-like quality. From there, every 2 years I flush all fluids with redline or amsoil and did plus once just cause I was doing a bunch of other stuff. From here on if this is a car your keeping, fresh fluids is the most important thing to keep up on.
