i have a sedan, but i figured that i would also post this in here since there are more coupe people on this forum than sedan guys and also the suspension configuration on the sedan and coupe are pretty much the same.

ok so i got my racingline front and rear endlinks from an 02-06 altima today for testing. i installed the front ones today because i thought those would be more difficult than the rears. it only took about 30-45 mins to install and they fit up perfectly. i really like the fact that they are adjustable and you dont even have to take them off the car.

pics will be up later tonight, so im just giving my fellow 4th gen guys a heads up. the 3rd gen front endlinks fit!!

also i will be installing the rears sometime this week, most likely tommorow.

contact "taz" on nissanclub.com for more info regarding info on these and other racingline products.

here are the pics. the bar is a little scratched up because i had to use a pliers to tighten it because i didnt have the proper wrench, so it doesnt come like that just in case you were wondering

this is how they arrived

stock(left) vs. racingline(right)...you can definately see the difference in size!!

installed on car

close-up

btw, i didnt get to drive it yet, but from the looks and feel of this product i can tell that its really good quality, and also im pretty sure it will make a difference, maybe not much but it should be noticeable.

I had the same question so I googled it up and here's what i found

Rod end bearings prevent bind as the vehicle suspension moves through its range of travel. Recommended for competition use only. Will increase front end NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) in street applications.

http://www.racinglineperforman...d=110this where he got it from...it shouldn't make your ride feel crap...the ones they use in racing are ALOT thicker....in reality 20's give you a less ride quality than these...i dont know about you guys but these will complement the STILLEN RSB well

update...

i installed the rears today. test drove the car, and from what i saw, the car handles a whole lot better for such a simple and easy mod. the stock endlinks are ****, these are way better, and you can tell just by looking at them. steering response before was amazing, but it is even better now. there is less lean in turns, meaning the car stays level. i am able to take turns slightly faster. these mods have made the suspension act more quickly because there is less flex in the sway bars, so that is a big plus.

pictures, and probably a whole other thread with a proper review will come later today. stay tuned folks.

In typical race applications, the joint s are both larger and mounted directly to the mounting mount giving a metal to metal bond. This is what creates the increased NVH your research showed. Racingline endlinks feature a custom/modified ES supplied bushing that will 1) limit movement compared to stock, allowing for a faster reacting sway bar, 2) keep dust and contaminants out to extend the life of the hiem joint 3) help absorb most of the NVH.

They do correct binding and preload generated from lowering your car, an are adjustable to remove or increase preload based on your preferences. This adjustment will also aid in corner weighting for those that may want to run a properly setup coilover system.

if someone wants to organize one email me and I'll set up the guideline for it. But since I am not a registered vendor on this specific forum yet, I do not want to upset any of the moderators by starting it myself.
