01 QX4 stalls out when letting off throttle or at an idle.

When driving my QX4 It will stall out when letting off throttle and when you come to a stop. It starts right back up. At an idle it will try to stall like the its under a load. not sure what the problem is since the check engine light is not on. I scanned it with my reader and the load value is to high, it is around 35 to 40 percent with nothing on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem with rough idling and stalling out at stops, turned out to be a cylinder misfiring. Ordered coil packs and spark plugs last week should be here soon to fix the problem.

Id look into spark plugs.
