'01 qx4...removing headlights/headlamps

Hey all, my left headlight bulb has recently burnt out so I ordered some new bulbs and plan to install them as soon as they come in. I have read that replacing the bulbs requires taking the headlamp assemblies out; is this correct? how difficult is this to achieve; does the grill have to be removed as well to achieve removing the headlamp assemblies? since I have them out I plan on doing a clear conversion as well. does anyone have detailed instructions or a diagram on how the remove the headlamp assemblies/grill and approx how many clips/bolts must be removed? this is imperative because I really need the assemblies out and back in in one day (i.e. take 'em out in the morning have them back in before dusk). any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
