My car (01 qx4 3.5L) recently started idling a litle lumpy, so after some research I thought maybe the IACV was clogged or dirty, so I removed it by simply undoing the 2 screws, cleaned with carb cleaner and reinstalled. Out a week later I get a P0505 code

P0505 Idle Control System Malfunction

My car idle at about 500 on idle and is lumpy, but once warmed settles @ 650-700 and car seems smooth.

Is there an idle screw I can turn it up a bit?

Any help on what caused this problem would be appreciated

OBDII [1995+] engines set idle speed via software. Download FSM and read idle setting proceedure.

Might look at the Pathfinder FSM, since the QX4 one isn't there for your year.
