Sometimes my blower motor works, sometimes it doesn't. When I start the vehicle I never know if the blower is going to work or not. Sometimes it will start working as I'm driving down the road. If it works it has never stopped working during a trip. When it works all the speeds work just fine. I replaced the blower relay... no change. Any ideas where to look next for this issue. :gotme

The blower motor resistor could be faulty.

Try tapping on the motor with a tack hammer and see if that starts it. If so you have bad brushes in the motor. If not, check for power at the motor when it misbehaves. If none, your Blower Relay has probably gone south (usually located on the back of the cabin fusebox). If both of those check out, Md is probably right and your VBC (resistor) is malfunctioning.
