01 QX4 extreme hetitation shift flare 2-3 problem weird codes

Hello all

I have a 01 infinity qx4 / pathfinder same thing. I just put a new transmission into my car. its a re4r01a 4 speed automatic yes it is 4x4. I seem to have a shift flare and extreme hesitation at 3000rpm when the car starts and its a 1600rpm once the car is wormed up. I can drive it normally and it idles great. It is ultra annoying and I can almost not even drive it car. I am borderline having the car scraped. Any input would be great. I can disconnect my TPS sensor and the shift flare goes away however the car will not downshift into the previous gear once I floor the throttle.

problems are shift flare and hesitation. You would think I would be throwing some codes right? Well this is the codes that I am throwing. I am NOT throwing any transmission codes.

I have already checked power to and replaced the swirl control valve. Make matters worse I cant get threw emissions until i figure this out. I have paid a local shop 180 bucks to tell me I had a broken vacuum hose that I fixed and it makes no difference. I am thinking perhaps my ecu is fried Im not sure. Anyone have anyone good at repairing these ecu's
