Hey all, just got an insert in the mail from my local Infiniti dealership stating that it's almost time for my 165k mile service...they're pretty close; I have 164k and some change on my Qx. Just curious if anyone has actually had the service performed on their truck? What does the service include and how much did it run? Is this a major service interval? I haven't been experiencing any mechanical issues with my truck other than a stubborn solenoid that keeps making the check engine light pop up. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think timing belt is at this service. Price. $500-$700 was the quote I got to have mine done. It all depends what extra stuff you get done because they have the engine apart.

No belt on the 01-03 QX4. It is a Timing Chain and that does not need to be replaced for any major service. My guess is the 165K is fuel injector cleaner (pressure system), oil change, coolant flush, wiper replacement, and maybe differentials. Something along those lines.
