01 quest knocking in front end

My 01 quest has a knocking noise in front end sounds like rt. side but not sure. It is worse at low speeds and over bumps, also I can move my steering wheel back and forth real fast and it knocks in the front end. i have had the cv joint, both ball joints,drivers side strut, pass. control arm replaced and it is knocking worse than ever now. I have spent alot of money on this but no one can figure it out. I have kids and am scared it could be dangerous to drive. any help would be appreciated.

have both struts and control arms been replaced? has the steering linkage been replaced (tie rods, rack and pinion). motor mounts on the cradle bar could cause this also.

I am going on a trip Friday, could any of these things cause me to have an accident?
