01 Pathfinder "Elec B" fuse problems

So here I am with my pathfinder stuck up in the woods... I had a phone charger that shorted fuses, both the cigarette lighter and the center console fuses, while I was out on a snowy four-wheeling expedition. I replaced the lighter fuse, then called a nissan service center about the other one, not knowing if it was piggy-backed to something important. The tech told me to start removing fuses and checking them, and putting them back. When I got to the one marked "elec B" the box sounded a quiet alarm as I replaced it, and now the car will not start, just cranks. Any ideas? I am a bit lost, as no one knows what this is, and meanwhile the car is too far back in the snowy mountains to easily tow it out!

Stupid question -- Are you sure the Elec B fuse is still good?
