01 pathfinder cam position sensor HELP!!!

i have an engine light on and when i had it checked, it came out as P1145 which means i have to replace my cam position sensor/ intake valve timing control position sensor? can anybody pls. send me instructuions how to replace it? i believe it's really easy and i just want to make sure im doing it right. any diagram would be really helpful too. pls. help. thanks.
