01 Pathfinder Bose Swap

I am having a problem, I wanna swap out my 01 Pathfinder Bose unit with one from a 02,03,04. I am wondering if the steering wheel controls will still work since the 02 and on steering wheels are different. Also how could I get a Pathfinder Bose unit from a 06 to work with the steering wheel controls to work because I know they wont for sure

You'd have to figure out what the resistor values are for each button in the newer ones and then find a way to make your steering wheel control values the same. Won't be easy by any means.
