01 path insturment cluster replacement from canada to usa

hello i bought a 01 pathfinder and i need to replace the insturment cluster from km to mph can this be done ? and same with the ac controls from celcius to farenheit on dash please help before i go out and buy something i cant use thank you

I believe the wiring harness would identical, after all the FSM does not say anything specific about a Canadian instrument cluster. You should wait for others to chime in though.

I'm assuming you have auto climate control. I would believe that those harnesses are also identical; the only difference might be the firmware of the unit that differentiates the temperature system (F or C) used.

I have the same problem but opposite. I need a speedometer (cluster) with kmh insted.
I exported my 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe from USA to Sweden, and here we use kmh.
Any one with a kmh cluster who want to switch to one with mph. It wouid be good if the km settings are low. 20000 to 40000 km.
Mine is set to 15500 mile.
