01 maxima heating problems

just a quick question i did try searching couldnt find anything. if this was previously discussed if someone can forward me the link.

the heater and AC dont work on 1 2 3 setting at all, no air or fans are working. however both of them work at the high setting 4 only. what can be wrong? thanks.

Sounds like either the switch itself or the blower motor resistor.
