01 Maxima GLE squeal then smoke

I have squealing sound coming from engine, then it smoked from right side, the smoke appeared to have bluish hue. I turned off the vehicle could not tell exactly where smoke was from. I looked at the belts and they seem fine. This happened just a while ago I have not started it since trying to get ideas before possibly calling up shop.

You could have a pulley that is seized.
