Hi im trying to add a small sub and amp to the stock sytem. I got a line converter that is hooked into the wires that plug into the bose amp in the left trunk side. Sub isn't getting any signal, not making any noise. The amp, for my sub, is brand new and the light is on, so i don't think that is malfunctioning at all. Do I need to move the line converter to behind the head unit? Or is there a place to tap into the wires in the back for a good signal? Also, which wire is the remote turn on for the amps?

What wires did you hook up to? It's also possible that you managed to flip the polarity on one channel so that they are canceling each other out.

Didn't get a chance to look at it today but you can refer to pages 162-163 of the FSM for the wiring diagrams.

If that doesn't help Ill go have a look.
