01 I30 Running Lean Problem

My 01 I30 has a Bank 1 running lean showing up on the OBDII. The Oxygen Sensor is showing good. What other parts could be be problem.

I would start with cleaning the MAF sensor and then run some Injector cleaner and octane boost through it.

Ok. I just shot a can of intake cleaner through the brake vaccume port and it seems to run better. I'm still having valve chatter like the octaine is low but i'm running 93 high test. You think the knock sensor is bad.
