01 i30 02 sensor bank 1 befor cate

has anyone replaced the 02 sensor in a 2001 i30. It is on bank one before the cat. I can see it from the top of the motor. What is a good brand to buy.Can I run the car for a while until I get time to replace it.

That should be the one on the back side of the motor. It should be easily accessed from underneath. You may see a slight decrease in gas mileage, but other than that, no issues should come about.

I would recommend an OEM replacement.

Bosch makes almost all O2 sensors that are put on by manufacturers.
