01' headlights?

Anyhow, my exGF has an '00 Altima and she complains about her headlights...or well she didn't start complaining until she saw just how good my s2000's lights were

I'm looking for some replacement 9007 bulbs with quite a bit more light output. PIAA makes what looks to be decent bulbs at the stock wattage, claiming a 30% increase in light output, but at $50+ for the pair, I want even more output. Ideally I'd like around a +50%. I'll also be polishing the exterior of the housing as it's starting to get a bit foggy.

Any idea's beside's converting to HID's? Thanks.
