Heat and AC work fine,but blower only runs on the high fan setting... Is it my Blower resistor/amplifier ?? How much are they and can I do it myself?

Yep, it's your blower motor resistor. Not sure how hard it is to replace on a Frontier, but as for purchasing it goes... check this thread for a special NICO only discount!
