01 Clear corners talk...cont..

A shout to Nick first off for those clear corners on his 01, they look fantastic! Makes me want to do the same but I have a couple of concerns about it first.

My questions are for 01 and up QX4's... but all comments are welcome.

1) When removing these headlight harnesses and putting them back, don't they have to be re-aimed? Is it a lot of trouble?

2) Has anyone tried to replace the parking bulbs that are on that corner where the orange reflector is? I noticed when I turn my parking light (not headlights) there are small bulbs which look like 194's that are at the corner where the amber flector is located at, anyone tried to replace it with maybe and LED bulb that would match the HID's?

I've always wanted to do that but not sure how it would look with an amber piece in the headlight harness. I'm sure Nick's harness's without that amber piece and adding a nice superwhite LED bulb there would give that extra cherry on the top!

I didn't have to realign anything. I replaced those corner bulbs with LED wedges from eBay to try and match my xenon's better than regular halogen. Hope this helps!
