'01 Altima Power Driver's Seat

The 6-way power driver's seat in my 2001 Altima will not move forward or backward on the seat track. The seat moves up and down, as does the seatback. But the seat itself will not move. When I hit the switch, I do see a dimming of the interior and exterior lights which makes me think the switch is good.

Anyone ever seen this before or know how to fix?

FYI your interior/exterior lights should NOT dim when you are moving your seat, it doesn't take that much electricity to activate your seat movement. I'd take it to the dealer or a mechanic and have them test your electrical system to see why it's drawing that much.

As for the seat issue, once you get your electrical issue solved/looked at then you can trouble shoot the issue. But it sounds like you have a faulty switch.
