01 2wd Pathfinder Engine in 02 QX4

Good Afternoon Everybody, I picked up a 02 QX4 and when I did a compression test I noticed that cylinder 1 had only 100psi and cylinder 6 only had 155 psi. All of the other cylinders had 180. It starts and runs just fine but is pretty slow.

I found a 01 Pathfinder that has been wrecked as a donor but I wanted to make sure the bolt pattern is the same between the 01 2wd and 02 AWD. I know 01-04 has the 3.5L and I'm sure it's totally compatible but I wanna just be sure.
