01-03 Pathfinder Motor swap?

what parts do I need to swap over the 01-03 pathfinder vq35 motor into a 87-95 Wd21 Pathfinder? I know I will need the wiring harness and ecu and all other accessories and sensors. I read on other nissan forums that the bell housings will bolt up, but what about the torque converter and flywheel? and exhuast manifold clearances? and motor mounts?
