00vi swap on 97 maxima

I have a 97 maxima. I plan on doing the 00vi swap but I want to use all 4th generation parts other than the upper intake manifold. It's easy to think about it but it's another thing when my daily driver is torn apart and I hit a bump along the process. Is there anyone that can yell me exactly what to do and which hose has to go where? Anyone that can tell me exactly what I have to do to my LIM, so I can tell someone at the machine shop what I need done? I understand why I would need an adapter made for the throttle body but isn't the iacv on the throttle body? Why would I need an adapter for that???
