I thought it was like the one from The Transporter where the guy rotate his plate to show another place, this one just flip down, kinda lame lol

Thats why i didnt put transporter in the title.. i didnt want people to think it was THAT cool... bc one of those id take... this thing is funny though... if not for speeding.. just to get looks from people... Like if it said...

"I know you are eyeballing my sweet ride"

I actually knew a guy who had one of those on his S14 Those were actually popular in Japan a few years back.

i'm pretty sure they are illegal... if not, seems like CHP would give you a ticket if they saw you doing it just because

If you are looking to trick Sunpass/EZPass/Ipass systems theres a lot easier and cheaper ways...

Look for a License Plate Cover... ebay

Very nice! I've been waiting for this since I saw the Transporter. It really does come in handy when avoiding the police.

I think it's quite innovative, actually. At least the idea. Especially for street racers. I wonder if you can attach an imitation plate to the back that looks like an actual plate.

I know there were plates that were held by some sort of tension, I'm guessing maybe a spring. When you hit a certain speed, the plate would lift up from the air velocity. It was pretty cool.

I'd prefer that they lift up due a switch in the middle of my dash console.
