'00 QX4 No Dash Lights

2000 Infiniti QX4

Whenever I switch my headlights on, I have no lights in my cluster (except the warning lights), the climate control screen turns black, and there is no light down by the gear selector.

When the headlights are off, the climate control screen will light up, but when the headlights are turned back on the screen goes black.

I checked the fuses and they all checked out okay, and I don't know where to go from here. I just drove an s13 for 4 years with HUD that didn't work and finally got a truck with a working speedo, but now it doesn't light up at night...figures.
