00' QX4 console bulb replacement

I need help replacing a bulb in the center console. The light in the ashtray works. I need to find out how to replace the bulb for the gear lights(D,R,N).

you will need to pop up the bezel that surrounds the shifter assmbley once you do you can squeeze your fingers down to the bulb socket and rotate it to pop it out. its VERY tight but it can be done. Otherwise you would need to pull the whole center consoule to gain access.
