00 Q45 fog light question

does anyone know how to wire the fog lights to turn on without having the headlights turning on at the same time on 99-01 Q45? Thanks in advance.

metoo - BTY anyone have after market fogs saw a bunch for $50-100 at jc whitney but a local shop told me to stick w/ factory cause the aftermarkets can not take the beating. there is a Q in my area licsence plate # 1 fast Q who has aftermarket retangular/oval blue ones that look sweet. i took out my fogs when i installed the HID headlamps was gonna pit wire mesh in holes>

That because of the fog light relays are connected to the Positive power pin on the low beam but not the battery. Now if you cut that wire (fog light relay power wire) and connect it straight to +12V source then the fog lights will be on whenever you turn the fog light switch on.

Wouldn't one want a fuse on that direct line?

Yeah, add a fuse also. 20A or 25A is good.

do u know where the relay is located in a 95Q
