00 Maxima Wiring Help

Hi guys,

Hope some can help me with this, I had a non working fog lamp and an error on the auto a/c showing a problem with the ambient senson so i got under the front end to check it out and replace the fog lamp, what I found was that the cables of the sensor were cuted, and the fog lamp was conected using those kind of terminals you use with speakers but conected to tha male harness of the fog lamp. On the harness that comes from upside, there are one terminar (not conected) 2 wires cuted (one is purple), and the ones conected to the foglamp (orange w/black and black)..... so... is the fog lamp correctly conected?? where should the sensor be connected??, I hope you can understand what I tried to explain here, I could upload a picture but dont know how... sorry...
