00 QX4 PS belt

I have an 00 QX4 that needs new drive belts. I can't get the PS belt off because the tension adjusing bolt is stuck. I loosened the nut securing pump and tried loosening the adjusting bolt, but it won't budge at all. I can't get a ratchet wrench in there because it's so close to the firewall. eta: I decided to take the adjusting bracket off and move the pulley by hand. The adjusting bolt was rusted and incredibly tough to free up.
