Hey guy i want to upgrade my HU , The Bose cd quit playing and i need somthing better anyway.I went to my local Stereo shop today and they told me they would have to custom make a dash kit , Because no one offers a kit for this car ??I find that hard to believe isnt the 00 I30 & 00 Maxima se the same car. I have seen dash kits for the Maxima. Will this work or am i screwed ?

Unfortunately, the shop is right. A lot of I30 guys end up modifying of fabbing their own surround.

OK but is the kit for the 00 Maxima the same ? I have seen them on ebay listing as I30 / Maxima kits ? I just want to know before i buy one. I will prolly buy it anyway since its not real expensive under 10.00 .
